Our Story
Why We Built CIVIQS
CIVIQS Consultant — Civil Innovation & Quality Solutions — was founded on a simple frustration: construction projects in India routinely fail not because of bad design or bad builders, but because no one is accountable for the space between them.
An architect draws a beautiful plan. A structural engineer signs off on a separate one. A contractor executes a third version shaped by site realities no one accounted for. Somewhere in that handoff, quality, budget and timeline all quietly erode.
We built CIVIQS to close that gap — bringing architecture, structural engineering, construction, interiors, approvals, cost estimation and project management under one accountable practice. Not because it's easier for us, but because it's the only way to guarantee the building that gets handed over is the one that was actually promised.
Today, that principle has carried us through 180+ projects across residential, commercial, institutional and industrial sectors — each one engineered with the same discipline, whether it's a family home or a corporate campus.
