The Meridian Residence
A Vastu-aligned 4BHK residence on a 40×60 plot, designed for natural cross-ventilation and multi-generational living.
The Challenge
The client needed a home for a three-generation family on a rectangular plot with strict Vastu requirements, while maximizing natural light and cross-ventilation across all four bedrooms.
Our Solution
We designed a courtyard-anchored plan that pulls light and air into the core of the home, positioned the master suite and puja room per Vastu guidelines, and used a double-height living area to improve airflow across floors.
The Result
The completed residence achieves full cross-ventilation in every bedroom without mechanical cooling for eight months of the year, and was delivered two weeks ahead of the agreed schedule.
